The Family Health Coordinator (FHC) will coordinate with the LCCPC for training guidance and subject/topic focus for this training. The FHC will do this by attending LCCFC meetings and coordinating with the assigned LCCPC subcommittee.
The FHC will coordinate marketing efforts for trainings, including development of public service announcements to be sent by fax and hard-copy to all print/radio/TV media outlets. The FHC will coordinate development of workshop posters (11"x17"), including distribution to community. The FHC will also develop workshop flyers/registration forms to be mailed first class to all non-state subsidized child care providers in Humboldt County.
The FHC will coordinate all aspects of the Winter 2002/03 training, including identifying the venue, setting the specific date, making all pre-arrangements (certificates of insurance, application, etc.), organizing/gathering presentation materials and equipment; contacting and arrange for speaker(s) for workshop, including generating contract(s), making travel arrangements and/or developing introduction notes for each speaker.
The FHC will coordinate the educational and training materials system to be used for qualifying, non-state subsidized child care providers attending the Winter 2002/03 training. This will include developing and implementing system for distribution of books, materials and other educational materials at each workshop for eligible providers. Such educational and training materials will support enhancement of child care providers' ability to work with in their care.
