Certification Profile
Please loctate the folder titled Certification Information & Forms and download the file listed as CertificationInstructionsPK19.pdf and review the requirements for the Certification Process. Additional documentation for your Certification Portfolio referred to in the requirements can be located in this same folder. Once completed, upload your completed documentation to your Certification Portfolio folder. See the Certification FAQ for support.
