for developmental delays to have full access to quality inclusive early care and education programs that welcomes families and supports providers.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-div e6989-e21 m5e5-1 m5e5-2 m5e5-4 m5e5-c\" id=\"mission\"><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e6989-e22 m5e5-i m5e5-k\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Mission<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e6989-e23 m5e5-v\">The mission of the Making Access Possible (MAP) to Inclusion & Belonging Project, is to create a statewide system of support, training and resources that gives all families and providers barrier-free access to inclusive child care, preschool and out-of-school-time programs.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-div e6989-e24 m5e5-1 m5e5-2 m5e5-4 m5e5-c\" id=\"guiding-principles\"><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e6989-e25 m5e5-i m5e5-k\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Guiding Principles<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e6989-e26 m5e5-v\"><p>Establishing guiding principles was a task required of all the state Map programs as part of the original grant in 1997.
