A Canadian father is receiving support around the globe after posting a video of himself defending children with Down syndrome. Robb Scott, 41, of Truro, Nova Scotia, created the video on Feb. 20, 2016 after he said he overheard another father in a video store explaining to his son what Down syndrome was.
